Warranty
Martin Industries, LLC warranties its product to be free from defects in materials and in workmanship for one full year from date of sale to the original user.
- The warranty is valid provided defective part(s) is received within twenty days of discovery.
- Martin Industries, LLC has the option to either repair or replace any parts that were determined to be defective due to material or workmanship.
- Any improper use, including operation after discovery of defective or worn parts, operation beyond rated capacity, or substitution of parts not approved by Martin Industries, LLC shall void this warranty.
- No dealer, employee, or representative is authorized to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty unless such change is in writing and signed by an officer of Martin Industries, LLC at its home office.
